Property intermediary (démarcheur): post, and get what matters verified
To post, Zakafy asks for a verified phone number. If you have the professional licence card issued by the State, get it verified: it becomes a badge on each of your listings.
Zakafy processes no official application, issues no card and does not say who may work as a property intermediary: the professional licence card is a matter for the authorities.
The three badges, as they appear
Your ID document has been checked by our team.
Your professional licence card has been checked on the State portal. This badge replaces the previous one; it does not add to it.
An organisation whose registration numbers our team has checked.
