How much does a Permis urbain d'habiter (PUH) or a land title cost?
The PUH is a permanent right to use a plot, signed by the mayor. Here is the official DGI calculation, item by item, for your plot.
Plot size
DGI example: 500 FCFA/m² in Secteur 38, arrondissement (district) 9 of Ouagadougou. Your commune's tax office gives the rate for your area.
Adjust the residence tax
Flat rate by tax zone and the home's comfort level. DGI example: 5 000 FCFA in zone A (Ouagadougou, Secteur 38, water and a 3 A electricity supply).
